Winter formal was last night. Sweet daughter looked beautiful. She went with a bunch of friends and had a great time until she got hurt from someone stepping on her foot on the dance floor. She was up and walking OK this morning so all is well.
Winter sports are in full motion. Dear son plays basketball and although it isn't his favorite sport it is great to keep in shape and active in the winter. Sweet daughter is on the bowling team but isn't seeing a lot of playing time, hopefully she will get a few tournaments in and I will post those pictures later.
Sweet daughter's winter concert was held last week. It is cool to listen to so much Christmas music at a public school concert. Thank goodness we can still sing Christmas songs in public school concerts...... well, at least in Cedar Rapids we can!
