recipe blunders

I am going to try to do a better job at measuring when I make food that will have recipes posted to this blog. I've received feedback that my recipe for the candied pecans in the best damn salad isn't turning out for some of my faithful followers. I plan to make the pecans later this week and will update the recipe when done. Many times when I make meals and salads, I sort of wing it. So today's recipe is Meatloaf-Peatloaf-I-Hate-Meatloaf. I measured everything out and promise it should turn out the same as the way I make it!
